Path traversal in RainbowFish Software PacsOne Server 6.6.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through the DICOM web viewer. The nocache.php endpoint accepts encoded Windows or POSIX parent-directory sequences in the GET path parameter and resolves them outside the viewer directory. No authentication is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the web server account.
