Arbitrary file read via UID path traversal

Path traversal in Dicoogle PACS Web Server 2.5.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through a crafted UID value. The /exportFile handler accepts parent-directory segments in the UID query parameter and resolves the resulting path outside the intended export location. No authentication is required; public testing succeeded only on Windows, and exposure is limited to files readable by the web server account.
