Control-cycle disruption via unbounded network packet processing

Resource exhaustion in affected WAGO 750-8xx controller firmware allows remote attackers to disrupt control-cycle timing with network floods. Network packet processing does not adequately limit resource consumption, allowing packet floods to consume enough CPU capacity to influence the configured cycle time. No authentication or user interaction is required; normal operation resumes after the network load is removed, bounding the impact to a transient service interruption.
