Script execution via unvalidated biblionumber parameter
Published Apr 22, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
Reflected cross-site scripting in Koha 20180108 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the biblionumber parameter. opac-MARCdetail.pl uses the untrusted value in page processing without first restricting it to an integer, allowing supplied markup to escape its intended context. A low-privileged account and user interaction are required, and exploitation alters content in the victim's browser without reading server data or interrupting service.
