Cookie disclosure via missing host-only tracking

Cookie disclosure in Mojolicious before 7.66 allows remote attackers to receive cookies sent by Mojo::UserAgent across host boundaries. Mojo::UserAgent::CookieJar leaves host-only cookies without an explicit host-only flag and retains stale same-name cookies, so later matching can send them to a different host. Exploitation requires an application to use the user agent with multiple similar cookies and request an attacker-controlled host, exposing cookie values without granting data modification.
