Stored cross-site scripting in Drupal Responsive Menus before 7.x-1.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. responsive_menus_admin_form_submit stores menu toggle text from configuration without sufficient sanitization, so the value is later rendered as active page content. Exploitation requires the administer responsive menus permission and a victim to view the affected toggle, limiting the attack to privileged site roles but exposing the victim's Drupal session context.
