Kernel crash via uninitialized policy-walk cleanup

Denial of service in ElementalX 6.x for Nexus 9 allows remote authenticated users to crash the kernel through an aborted IPsec policy dump. The xfrm_dump_policy_done cleanup path finalizes an uninitialized xfrm_policy_walk when a full Netlink receive buffer aborts the first dump before setup. A low-privileged adjacent attacker can interrupt device availability by triggering the kernel crash.
