Self-XSS via unencoded invalid session identifier

Cross-site scripting in Catalyst::Plugin::Session 0.40 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a session ID. The _load_sessionid function inserts an invalid sid value into an exception message without HTML entity encoding. Exploitation is self-XSS: the user must submit the crafted identifier and render the resulting error, limiting impact to that user's browser context.
