Authenticated filesystem access via unresolved online-service paths

Path traversal in CODESYS runtime systems allows remote authenticated users to read or modify controller files through online services. The runtime does not properly resolve a received online-service path before enforcing its restricted parent directory, so traversal reaches files outside that boundary. Reachability requires low-privileged network access; runtime-account and host controls bound exposure, while file modification can interrupt the controller.
