Kernel memory corruption via SCTP peel-off race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel before 4.14.16 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through concurrent SCTP socket operations. In sctp_wait_for_sndbuf, a peeled-off association can switch the wait path to a new socket that another context has already closed, leaving code to lock freed socket memory. A local user able to create and manipulate SCTP sockets can trigger kernel memory corruption, which can crash the system without user interaction.
