Foxit PhantomPDF before 8.3.6 allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted PDF GoToE or GoToR actions. The action-processing path accepts attacker-controlled GoToE or GoToR entries and reaches code-execution behavior; implementation defect details are not published. Opening the malicious document is sufficient, and the resulting process runs with the application's privileges, allowing compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
