NTLM credential disclosure via PDF navigation actions

Credential disclosure in Foxit Reader and PhantomPDF before 9.2 allows attackers to capture NTLM credentials through PDF GoToE or GoToR actions. The PDF action handler executes embedded GoToE and GoToR targets without preventing outbound NTLM authentication; Foxit has not disclosed the responsible function or validation failure. A crafted PDF must cause one of these actions to run on Windows; the bounded consequence is exposure of NTLM authentication material, not file modification or code execution.
