Process-memory disclosure via BMP decoder integer overflow

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow 1.3.0 through 1.6.0 allows attackers to crash a process or read its memory via a crafted BMP. DecodeBmp in tensorflow/core/kernels/decode_bmp_op.cc uses signed arithmetic for pixel offsets and expected file size without adequately validating header sizes and signed dimensions, allowing overflow to bypass the input-length check. Exploitation requires a TensorFlow application to pass an untrusted BMP to DecodeBmp; the bounded consequences are an unhandled process crash or disclosure from unintended process-memory regions.
