Unauthenticated device and application status disclosure
Published Mar 20, 2020 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
Information disclosure in ASUSWRT 3.0.0.4.384.20308 allows remote attackers to learn router USB and installed-app status. The /update_applist.asp endpoint returns USB-attachment and installed-application details without authenticating the HTTP request. Network reachability to the router web interface is sufficient; the response reveals attached-storage and application presence but no reported file contents or modification capability.
