Information disclosure via unrestricted HTML refresh directives

Improper input validation in KDE Applications messagelib before 18.12.0 allows remote attackers to disclose data via crafted HTML messages. DefaultRenderer emits an untrusted http-equiv REFRESH directive into rendered message HTML instead of rejecting it, enabling automatic navigation to an attacker-selected URI. Delivery of a crafted message is sufficient; the documented impact is limited to confidentiality, with no integrity or availability loss.
