Unauthenticated wireless access via incomplete WPA handshake

Authentication bypass in D-Link DIR-850L Revision A 1.21B06 Beta and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to join protected WLANs. The access point opens its data path after 802.11 association and accepts unencrypted IP data frames even when the four-way WPA handshake and proof of the shared key are incomplete. Wireless proximity is required; no credentials or user interaction are needed, and network access exposes services and devices reachable from the WLAN.
