Stored XSS via unsanitized Text Panel HTML

Stored XSS in Grafana 5.3.1 Text Panels allows remote attackers to execute script in a dashboard viewer's browser via crafted HTML. The Text Panel's HTML mode inserts saved panel content into the rendered dashboard without sanitizing script-capable markup. The attacker must be able to create or modify a Text Panel, and exploitation occurs when another user opens the affected dashboard.
