Agent-context script execution via malicious link
Published Apr 15, 2023 · Updated Feb 6, 2025
Cross-site scripting in Open Ticket Request System 6.0.x before 6.0.12 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a malicious link. Public advisories and surviving CVE references do not identify the affected handler, parameter, or failed output-encoding operation. A logged-in agent must open the attacker-supplied link, and the resulting script executes within the OTRS web context.
