Remote service crash via octet-count integer overflow

Integer overflow in the imptcp module in rsyslog before 8.27.0 allows remote attackers to crash rsyslogd via a crafted TCP message. The processDataRcvd function multiplies the accumulated octet count by 10 and adds each untrusted digit without first bounding the value, allowing iOctetsRemain to overflow. Exploitation requires the imptcp module to be enabled with an attacker-reachable listener; the module is not enabled by default on RHEL 7.
