Credential disclosure via unencrypted backups

Cleartext storage in Versa Director before 16.1R2S11, 20.2.2, 21.1.1, or 21.2.1 allows local users to read credentials from backups. Backup archives are written without encryption and retain SNMP plus SSL and trust keystore credentials in configuration files. An attacker needs low-privileged local access to the Director host or backup storage; compromise discloses secrets but does not itself alter data or interrupt service.
