Information disclosure in Samsung Galaxy Gear firmware before RE2 allows local users to read notification data through wnoti. The wnoti system service's D-Bus policy admits calls from unprivileged processes, allowing one process to take over internal notification messages. Execution of an unprivileged process on the watch is required; the documented consequence is notification-data exposure, not modification or service interruption.
