Improper privilege management in Tizen system-popup before 5.0 M1 allows local users to invoke privileged popup actions over D-Bus. The service's D-Bus policy admits calls from unprivileged processes instead of restricting popup methods to authorized callers. Local code execution is required; on Tizen-based Galaxy Gear firmware before RE2, exposed actions include arbitrary-text popups and the power-off menu.
