Restricted collection data exposure via skipped authorization

Incorrect authorization in Apache Solr before 6.6.6 and 7.0.0 through 7.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted data. When a node lacks a requested collection replica, HttpSolrCall enters REMOTEQUERY without initializing SolrRequestInfo, so PKI forwarding loses the user principal and bypasses the RuleBasedAuthorizationPlugin check. Exploitation requires a SolrCloud cluster using that plugin, valid low-privilege credentials, and a request sent through a node that does not host the targeted collection.
