Cross-site scripting via unsanitized changes_cp

Cross-site scripting in LimeSurvey 3.6.2+180406 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a crafted changes_cp parameter. The templatesavechanges controller copies changes_cp into changedtext after only stripping '<?' and writes it to a theme file, leaving script markup intact. Exploitation requires access to the template-save function and a victim to load the modified page, enabling script execution in that victim's browser.
