Database access via injectable catid parameter
Published Jun 19, 2026 · Updated Jun 19, 2026
SQL injection in Nordmograph StreetGuessr Game 1.1.8 allows remote attackers to read and modify database data through catid. The public maps view at index.php?option=com_streetguess&view=maps treats the catid value as SQL content instead of constraining it to a category identifier. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted GET request can run arbitrary queries and expose database version and database names.
