Unauthenticated form-entry disclosure via shortcode preview
Published Oct 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Information disclosure in Strategy11 Formidable Forms before 2.05.03 allows remote attackers to export every entry from a chosen form. The unauthenticated frm_forms_preview action evaluates attacker-controlled after_html or before_html content as WordPress shortcodes, letting the formresults shortcode render stored submissions. No account is required, but a valid form identifier must be supplied; successful exploitation reads response data without modifying entries or interrupting service.
