Cross-site scripting in External Media without Import 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through media-panel parameters. The print_media_new_panel function URL-decodes url, error, width, height, and mime-type query values and emits them into HTML without context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and victim interaction; successful script execution can alter content in the victim's browser context.
