Authenticated remote code execution via parameterized rendering

Code injection in InSTEDD Pollit 2.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary Ruby code through a crafted tour page. TourController passes the page request parameter directly to Rails render, allowing a nested inline-render option to be compiled as executable ERB instead of selecting a template name. Low-privilege authenticated access is required, and injected Ruby executes within the web application server process.
