SSRF via double-port URL parsing

Server-side request forgery in Ariadne Component Library before 3.0 allows remote attackers to send server-originated requests via malformed URLs. The Url::__construct method leaves extra colon and port text in a non-LDAP host after parse_url(), allowing a crafted URL to target a different internal service when reconstructed. No privileges or user interaction are required when an application passes attacker-controlled URLs to the library; reachable internal services can receive attacker-chosen requests.
