Command execution via unescaped print URL

Command injection in Exciting Printer allows attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands by submitting a crafted URL for printing. Printer::Jobs::PreparePage.save_url_to_path interpolates the unescaped URL into a PhantomJS command string and passes it to run. The upstream issue identifies no authentication gate; published assessments disagree between unauthenticated network access and privileged adjacent access.
