Database data disclosure via unescaped property_for parameter

SQL injection in iTechScripts Real Estate Script 3.12 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via property_for. The search_property.php endpoint places property_for input into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, permitting injected UNION clauses. Low-privilege application access is required, and the published payload demonstrates retrieval of data available to the database account.
