Authenticated arbitrary file access via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in Simplessus Files 3.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to access files outside the intended directory. The affected processing accepts percent-encoded parent-directory segments in the path argument without confining the resolved path to the document directory. A valid account is required; the published proof of concept reads /etc/passwd, and the flaw also permits limited file modification.
