Authenticated SQL injection via order parameter
Published Jun 27, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
SQL injection in Timur Kamaev Kama Click Counter 3.4.0 through 3.4.8 allows remote authenticated users to read, alter, or disrupt data via HTTP. The wp-admin/admin.php handler accepts order_by/order values and inserts them into a database query, allowing a crafted ASC plus SLEEP expression to trigger blind SQL injection. Exploitation requires a low-privilege authenticated WordPress account and no user interaction; database confidentiality, integrity, and availability can each be affected.
