Cross-site request forgery in Elefant CMS 1.3.12-RC allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts via a crafted webpage. The user/add and designer/preview handlers accept state-changing POST requests without CSRF protection, including account-type and layout values. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim to visit attacker-controlled content; it can create an administrator account or inject script into a preview.
