Stored cross-site scripting in Elefant CMS 1.3.12-RC allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through blog post fields. The Blog Post Handler echoes attacker-controlled title and tag values without output encoding into title, h1, and href contexts. Editor-level page-creation rights are required, and the payload executes when a user views or edits the saved post.
