Arbitrary settings changes via missing request validation

CSRF in XYZScripts Contact Form Manager 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to change arbitrary plugin settings. The plugin's settings interface processes state-changing requests without verifying that an administrator intentionally initiated them. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to submit an attacker-crafted request, allowing unauthorized configuration changes.
