Stored XSS via unencoded bounce-rule expression

Stored XSS in phpList 3.2.6 Bounce Rules allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another administrator's browser. The administration interface stores the bounce-rule expression parameter and renders it in the rule overview without output encoding. An account permitted to edit bounce rules must save the payload, and another user must open the overview; execution occurs in that viewer's browser context.
