Stored script execution via unencoded subscribe-page fields

Stored XSS in phpList 3.2.6 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser through a crafted subscribe-page field. Subscribe-page parameters, including the title, are stored and later echoed in public and administrative pages without output encoding. Exploitation requires permission to edit subscribe pages and execution occurs when another user visits a poisoned subscribe page or its administrative overview.
