Account takeover via retained OAuth sessions

OAuth2 SSO account takeover in Mattermost Server before 4.0.0, 3.10.2, and 3.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to claim another account. DeleteOAuthApp removes an OAuth application and its access data but leaves associated sessions valid and cached, permitting continued use of session tokens tied to the deleted client. The vulnerable path requires OAuth2 SSO and a valid low-privilege session; successful abuse grants the claimed account's access without interrupting service.
