Authenticated code execution via unchecked s_event_delay copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in the Insteon Hub 1012 PubNub cc handler allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The s_event_alarm handler passes the unbounded s_event_delay string to strcpy, copying more than 32 bytes into a 32-byte stack buffer. A valid PubNub-authenticated HTTP request is required; a crafted value can overwrite saved registers and the return address, enabling a crash or code execution.
