Local information disclosure via missing bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in SensorService in Google Android 8 and 8.1 allows local users to disclose process memory without user interaction. The createSensorDirectConnection input validation in frameworks/native/services/sensorservice/SensorService.cpp attempts to read a zero-size native-handle array before checking its element count. Local access with no additional execution privileges is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited to information disclosure.
