Infinite-loop denial of service in Android 6.0 through 8.1 allows remote attackers to hang media processing via a crafted MPEG-4 file. ElementaryStreamQueue::dequeueAccessUnitMPEG4Video starts its next access-unit search after the three-byte prefix instead of after the start-code byte, allowing parsing to stop advancing. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-supplied media; the resulting resource exhaustion interrupts media processing without reported data access or modification.
