Local privilege escalation via unchecked sscanf input

Buffer overflow in the Android Kernel allows local users with System privileges to gain elevated privileges through MediaTek thermal controls. The tscpu_write_GPIO_out and mtkts_Abts_write handlers in mtk_ts_Abts.c pass improperly validated input to sscanf, overflowing a buffer. Reaching the flaw requires existing System execution privileges and no user interaction; successful exploitation crosses into a more privileged kernel context.
