Arbitrary code execution via installer DLL preloading

Untrusted DLL search in IDM UltraEdit 24.10.0.32 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code through its Windows installer. The installer searches its current directory for a required Windows library such as ntmarta.dll and loads an attacker-supplied namesake instead of the system copy. Exploitation requires write access to that directory and a user to run the installer on an unpatched Windows system; code runs with the installer's privileges.
