Visitor IP disclosure via CSS sanitizer bypass

Information disclosure in MediaWiki before 1.23.16, 1.24.0 through 1.27.1, and 1.28.0 allows remote attackers to obtain visitor IP addresses. The inline CSS sanitizer blocks url() but fails to reject attr() with the url type, so a title attribute can supply an attacker-controlled background-image URL. A visitor must render attacker-authored wiki content in a browser that implements typed CSS attr(); the resulting request exposes the visitor's source IP without granting data modification or service interruption.
