Denial of service via meta parser over-read

An out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick before 7.0.1-0 allows remote attackers to interrupt image processing via crafted files. The coders/meta.c parse8BIM routine uses post-decrement loop tests that continue after the length reaches zero, reading beyond the token buffer; the upstream patch changes these tests to require len greater than zero. Exploitation requires a remote attacker to supply a malicious image that an application processes, and the demonstrated consequence is denial of service rather than data disclosure or code execution.
