Information disclosure in Norton Mobile Security for Android before 3.16 allows local users to read sensitive data from the SD card. The application stores sensitive information in the mid.dat file on shared SD-card storage without preventing access by other local applications. Exploitation requires local access on the Android device and is limited to disclosure of the data held in that file.
