SYSTEM code execution via unquoted service paths

Unquoted service paths in Wise Care 365 4.27 and Wise Disk Cleaner 9.29 allow local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The WiseBootAssistant and SpyHunter 4 Service ImagePath values contain spaces without enclosing quotes, causing Windows to search executable path prefixes. A local user must place an executable in an earlier writable path and wait for service startup or system reboot, after which the file runs with SYSTEM privileges.
