Arbitrary file read via unvalidated pic.php URL
Published Jun 15, 2026 · Updated Jun 15, 2026
Local file inclusion in IMDb Profile Widget 1.0.8 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through pic.php. The endpoint passes the unvalidated url query value directly to PHP readfile(), so ../ sequences escape the plugin directory. No WordPress account is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the web-server process, including wp-config.php.
