Unauthenticated blind SQL injection via unsanitized calendar ID

Blind SQL injection in CodePeople Booking Calendar Contact Form 1.0.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database records. dex_bccf_calendar_load2 copies the id parameter into CP_BCCF_CALENDAR_ID, which dex_bccf_get_option inserts into an SQL statement without sanitization. The AJAX action requires no authentication, and resulting access is bounded by the WordPress database account's privileges.
